Online Store Terms

Products & Orders

We make every effort to display our products, colours, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colours exactly.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions at any time without notice.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, unauthorised activity, resale abuse, stock error, pricing error, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been submitted. In such cases, we may cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, customs processes, incorrect address details, or high-order volumes during drops and promotions.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided with your order.

Returns Policy

At Eternal, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy.

This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 1202 Diepkloof Street Aranos Complex No.28 Wilgeheuwel Roodepoort.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

• custom products, including special orders and personalised items;
• personal care goods, including beauty products;
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
• sale items;
• gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Final Sale / Drop Culture Items

Because Eternal may release limited drops, selected products may be marked as Final Sale or part of a limited release. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any item identified on the product page, at checkout, or in a drop release as final sale will be treated as non-returnable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limited Release Policy

Eternal may release products in limited quantities as part of exclusive drops, capsule collections, or preorder campaigns. These releases may sell out quickly and may not be restocked.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An item is only secured once checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, household, or order in order to protect fairness and availability.

Fraud & Resale Protection

To protect the brand and our customers, we reserve the right to monitor orders for suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, bulk purchasing, reselling activity, or misuse of promotions.

We may cancel, refuse, or limit any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, bots, or parties attempting to exploit limited releases or promotional offers.

Where necessary, we may request additional verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Chargeback Protection

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at eternal.co.za@gmail.com if there is any issue with your purchase before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide order records, shipping confirmations, delivery confirmations, customer communications, and any other relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions in response to chargeback claims.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in restriction of future purchases and further action where legally permitted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, text, images, videos, branding, and layout, is the property of Eternal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, exploit, or use any part of the website or brand content without our prior written permission.
