Returns Policy
At Eternal, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy.
This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:
- custom products, including special orders and personalised items;
- personal care goods, including beauty products;
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
- sale items;
- gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Final Sale / Drop Culture Items
Because Eternal may release limited drops, selected products may be marked as Final Sale or part of a limited release. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Any item identified on the product page, at checkout, or in a drop release as final sale will be treated as non-returnable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
